I'm one night into a four night stay in a studio apartment, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Adina Apartment Hotel on Barrack Street! I received a very warm welcome upon arrival and was given clear and complete instructions about my stay. My studio apartment (36) is exactly as it appeared in the photos, arguably larger than the photos imply. I've got an amazing city view from the generous balcony., The room was spotlessly clean when i arrived, and has been cleaned today whilst I was out exploring the city. The location is fabulous: walking distance from anywhere in the CBD, with great transport links to anywhere further afield. The kitchenette includes a decent size fridge with small freezer compartment, a sink and everything you need to wash up, plentiful crockery, glassware, and cutlery, as well as a microwave and kettle. There's even an iron and ironing board! Storage is plentiful, the wardrobe having a huge double mirror frontage. The king-size bed (two conjoined singles, as is the industry standard) is very comfortable, as are the four pillows. The seating area inside is also very comfortable and there are cushions for the two balcony chairs in the wardrobe. The air-conditioning is efficient, quiet, and the remote-control is easy to understand (I loved being able to adjust during the night without getting out of bed!). The pool is small, but perfectly formed! I had it all to myself for most of the afternoon. If I was forced to find something negative about my stay, I'd say the coffee supplies could be replenished when the rooms are cleaned (there's a lot of green tea!). But I'm an absolute glutton for coffee in the morning, so that's really nitpicking!!! I'm so happy to have chosen Adina Apartment Barrack Street, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The apartment we were given needed refurbishment and was not well located. The area outside the hotel is not great with undesirables congregating and drinking alcohol on the street close to the apartment entrance.

Probably the worse beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel if you have back problems give this place a skip.had to book other hotels just for a decent sleep.mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable,back pain everyday.

Central location in Perth handy to many places. Roomy accommodation, comfortable and quiet. Parking is limited without prior knowledge of locations to park. Do your homework first. Have a map of the area before you turn up.

We stayed in Adina Apartment Hotel in Barrack Street after visiting family in Kalgoorlie. The apartment is very spacious with excellent facilities and centrally located a 4-5 minute walk from the train station.
